If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at GiftOsphere.ca, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized and custom-made items
  • Perishable and non-perishable food


Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if we have determined that the product is defective.

On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. Your credit card will be credited shortly after we received and verified the returned merchandise.

If the items you received where sent as a gift, we will send you an online credit code equivalent to the price of the item that was purchased and returned to us, unless the original buyer wishes to get a refund.


How can I return a product?

Please place the item in its original package, or in a similar package. Please make sure that the package will adequately protect the product so it won't be damaged during shipping. We will not refund a product that was damaged during shipping because it was badly packaged.
