Not home to receive your package?

Delivery with Canada Posts

If the postman attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch or garage. If there are no obvious places to leave the package, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package – usually at your local post office.

Delivery with other transporter

If you are away from home during the delivery, the driver will leave a delivery note on the door or in your mailbox. There you will find the instructions to retrieve your package, including a phone number to make arrangements with Purolator. You will be able, among other things, to request a second delivery (free of charge), sign a waiver allowing them to deliver your package in your absence, or pick up the parcel at the nearest depot. All arrangements must be made directly with the transporter.

All our shipping rates are in Canadian dollars. All shipping methods and fees are subject to changes without notice.
