Flat fee regular shipping
At GiftOsphere.ca, all standard shipments are charged at a flat rate by province, regardless of the quantity of items in the box. This way, you won’t have any bad surprises when you checkout, because you always know in advance how much it will cost you for shipping. These rates include insurance against breaking, loss or theft of your parcel.

Standard shipping service takes approximately 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. You can always select a faster service when you check out.
International Orders
The shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout, and can vary upon the size, weight, and the destination of the parcel. They are shipped through Canada Posts, then by the official postal organization of the country of destination (ex.: USPS, La Poste, etc.).
Handling
There are no handling fees.
Orders are usually prepared and shipped on the next business day.
Not home to receive your package?
If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch or garage. If there are no obvious places to leave the package, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package – usually at your local post office.
Wicked instruments orders
All Wicked brand guitars sent to Canada and continental US will ship for free, with the exception of deliveries to Nunavit, Nunavut and Northwest Territories. The same conditions apply for accessories bought in the same order.
Some items bought in the Wicked Shop section may be shipped directly from the Wicked Instruments warehouse. Depending on the order, they may choose another transporter than Canada Post. In that case, they will use an equivalent quality of shipping service.
