How do I redeem my electronic gift-certificate?
If you have received an electronic gift-certificate code, you will be asked to enter it in the “Shopping basket”, in the Promotional code area, when you proceed with your purchase. You can redeem it on any purchase made before the code expiry date. Each electronic gift certificate is unique and can be used only once. Attention: In order for the rebate to be taken into account on your invoice, you MUST click on “Recalculate” after entering your electronic gift certificate code.
What are the different ways I can pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with your Visa or MasterCard credit card, or you can use PayPal services.
How does credit card online payment work?
When you are ready to proceed with the check-out, you will go through a series of secure web pages. All the credit card information that you will enter will be securely encoded and sent to a secure electronic payment server that belongs to PSI Gate, a renowned Canadian secure payment company. They manage the credit authorizations and transfers with your credit card institution. Therefore, we get the same information as if we were a classic "brick and mortar" store: we only get the essential details of the transactions, not your personal information.
How does Paypal online payments work?
If you wish to make a purchase on the Internet without having to give-out personal or credit card information to the merchant, or to a third party, or if you don’t have a credit card, you can open a Paypal account, and they will manage the money transfer for you.
